Neal Flannery: “It is a privilege to be part of a patient and family-focused company where client rights, dignity, and quality of life are the forefront of our thinking. I am part of an organization made of exceptional people and programs; rehab services and supported living programs that I would not hesitate to refer my own family and friends to if they needed care. Our Team understands how important it is to make survivors and families the center of everything we do, and we make it our policy to go above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure that we exceed expectations. Our goals are simple; we want our clients to be safe and happy, and to become as independent as possible in the shortest amount of time.
It is important for people to know that we are not an “us and them” environment. We understand the only difference between our lives and the lives of a person with catastrophic injury, is just a snap of a finger.
Our passion to make a difference in the lives of those we serve is the primary source of our energy and it guides every decision we make. We adapt and grow our programs every day to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients, families and payors.”
