Brain Injury (ABI TBI ) Programs for Seniors

Senior NeuroSpecialty Programs: We utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to care for the unique needs of Seniors with neurologic impairment. These programs offer specialty services addressing Stroke, TBI, Dementia, Memory, Alzheimer’s, Brain Tumor, and Anoxia secondary to Heart Attack. Staff are trained to manage the cognitive and behavioral issues related to neurologic injury and disease.

Senior programs are staff-secured neurobehavioral settings with a home-like atmosphere. A consortium of providers address polytrauma issues associated with hip fracture, broken wrist and other injury. A consortium of contracted therapists, rehabilitation professionals and doctors facilitate complex rehabilitative programming in the facility and in the community.

Consortium providers are often able to bill Medicare and Medicaid as the primary payor for the rehabilitation component of the program – this makes the supported living option more affordable for families and payors.
